The Julius Zöllner baby sleeping bag made of soft muslin is ideal for newborns and babies. The breathable cotton muslin provides a comfortable sleeping environment, while the delicate cotton jersey lining is especially gentle on the skin. Thanks to the lightweight climate fleece filling (2.5 TOG), your baby will always stay warm. The side zipper and practical snap fasteners make dressing and undressing easy. The wide pear shape ensures freedom of movement – an essential factor for safe and comfortable baby sleep. The Julius Zöllner baby sleeping bag is tested for harmful substances according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (Product Class I) and is guaranteed free of harmful substances.

Frequently asked questions about our sleeping bags
How do I choose the right TOG value?
TOG is a unit of measurement for the thermal resistance of textiles. The lower the TOG value, the lighter and airier the material. Our 0.5 TOG sleeping bags are ideal for midsummer (from 24°C), while the lightly lined 2.5 TOG sleeping bags can be used year-round at room temperatures of 16–20°C.
What should I put my baby in with the sleeping bag?
Pay particular attention to the room temperature and your child's individual needs. A short-sleeved onesie is suitable in midsummer, while a long-sleeved onesie or pajamas are recommended in winter. Check your child's temperature regularly to avoid overheating.
Is it normal for the sleeping bag to shrink after waking up?
Our sleeping bags are made of natural cotton, which shrinks about 5% after washing. Therefore, we've made the cut a bit more generous to ensure a perfect fit after washing.
Important instructions for use
- Do not use if the child's head fits through the closed neckline.
- Make sure the neck and armholes are securely closed.
- Do not continue to use once the child can climb out of the crib.
- Do not use with a duvet or other blanket. Keep the room temperature at a comfortable level and wear appropriate sleeping clothes to avoid overheating, which can be life-threatening for your child.
- Keep away from fire.
- Keep plastic packaging out of reach of children to avoid the risk of suffocation.
- Stop using the sleeping bag at the first sign of damage.
