SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Depending on the address, time of order and availability of items, shipping options may vary. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and the cost of your order. All deliveries can be tracked using the tracking number sent with the shipping confirmation.

Delivery takes place within 5 - 7 working days. The period begins with the completion of the order. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the next working day will take its place. All prices include VAT plus shipping costs.

RETURN

If you wish to return an item purchased on Julius-zoellner.de, you have 30 days from the date of dispatch to return your order free of charge.

Please note that the items must be received by us within this period. Items must be in unused condition with all tags present.

In order to receive a refund it is necessary to send a returns request to our customer service at service@julius-zoellner.de to send. In this way you will receive a return label with which you can return your order.
