SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Shipping options may vary depending on the address, time of order, and item availability. We will display the available shipping methods and the cost of your order when your purchase is processed. All deliveries are trackable using the tracking number provided with the shipping confirmation.

  • within Germany
    Standard shipping €4.99
  • for shipping to Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic and Denmark
    Standard shipping €14.99
  • for shipping to France, Spain (mainland), Italy, Sweden, Poland, Slovenia and Hungary
    Standard shipping € 19.99

Delivery takes place within 5-7 business days. This period begins upon completion of the order. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the next business day will take its place. All prices include VAT, plus shipping costs.

RETURN

If you would like to return an item purchased on Julius-zoellner.de, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to return your order free of charge.

Please note that the items must be received by us within this timeframe. The items must be in unused condition and all tags must be present.

To receive a refund, you must submit a return request to our customer service at service@julius-zoellner.de . You will then receive a return label that you can use to return your order.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
