The Airlite baby mattress offers optimal sleeping comfort for babies and combines well-thought-out ergonomics with high safety. With a height of approx. 10 cm and a two-layer Airlite mattress core, it is ideal for cribs.
A cuddly cold foam topper with a special wave profile ensures gentle pressure relief and adapts perfectly to the delicate baby's body. The integrated ventilation channels in the mattress base support good air circulation. Additional foam pads stabilize the spine, while step-resistant long edges provide safety for the first attempts at standing.
The removable Fresh & Dry cover with TENCEL® fiber is particularly soft, breathable, and moisture-regulating. It is easy to remove and clean – ideal for everyday life with a baby.
The Airlite baby mattress is tested for harmful substances according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and is manufactured in Germany according to the EU safety standard DIN EN 16890:2021. This means it meets the highest requirements for quality, safety, and durability – for a safe and secure sleeping environment from the very beginning.

With the OEKO-TEX® seal, the Hohenstein Institute certifies that all components of the Julius Zöllner mattress have been tested for harmful substances and comply with Product Class 1 for baby products according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. Product Class 1 for baby products is the strictest of the four product classes of the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.
